Programs and Events
May 24: Holiday Hike --- Meet at the Nature Center for a Guided Hike. See Pioneer Village, the Swinging Bridge, Horseshoe Falls, a rock gorge and the fossil fields. Hike starts at 10am. 5 miles, or less, your choice.
May 26, 1PM: Bluebird Box Workshop at the Nature Center --- Fun for the entire family! Build your own Bluebird Box. All materials are provided and the kit is ready to build. Pre-registration is required. Come learn about this special bird, how to attract them to your yard, and how to monitor your box. May 27, 1PM - 3PM: The Great Fossil Hunt --- The ancient Ordovician Sea has disappeared, but evidence of marine life is abundant in the Caesar Creek Region. Meet at the Visitor Center for a program about these fascinating creatures, including the trilobite. Afterward, go to the Emergency Spillway to identify and study a diversity of fossils. May 18 & 19, 10AM - 4PM: Spring Gathering --- Step back in time and join the Village as we welcome the pioneers and traders who have come to trade and replenish their supplies from the winter as part of our Spring Gathering. For more information, visit the Pioneer Village Spring Gathering page.

Caesar Creek State Park is highlighted by clear blue waters, scattered woodlands, meadows, and steep ravines. The 3,741-acre park offers some of the finest outdoor recreation in southwest Ohio including camping, fishing, boating, hunting, swimming, trails for hiking, biking, and horses -- plus a nature center.
